Payment:

- We accept credit cards, Paypal, Cash and checks. Your invoice will show up as Melsharo Studios, LLC
- Add a $50 rush fee to expedite orders. Payment is due at the time of ordering for products.
- A pre-payment of $500 is required to secure the session date/time. This payment is non-refundable in the event of client decides not to go through with the session, or in the event of a no-show. The remaining balance will be due in full on or by the session date.
Copyright Notice: According to federal law, any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, thereof shall remain the property of the Photographer. If client has electronic copies with written permission to print, permission to print is the only permission granted unless Client specifically purchases copyright ownership at an additional charge and ownership transfer (please note: the permission to print does NOT grant transfer of copyright ownership). Any images that are agreed to be shown publicly may appear in print or online in any Photogapher's advertising, image contests, display in professional portfolio or any other purpose thought proper by the Photographer.
Print/Product Order Information:
· Photographer is not responsible for storing images 90 days past session date. Photographer may discard, archive or otherwise destroy the images after 90 days and does not guarantee that the session's images will be available for ordering after 90 days..
· All books are laid out according to photographer's vision. Custom layout may be purchased for and additional $100.
· Please allow up to 3-8 weeks to receive products once selected images have been made.
· No refunds given on sessions or hair/makeup. It is the client's responsibility to let the hair stylist and/or make-up artist know if any changes need to be made prior to the stylist leaving the shoot site. If client is not satisfied with the quality of photographer's work, then a new session will be scheduled and all images from the previous session will no longer be available for purchase. (hair/make-up are not included in subsequent sessions, but may be added on).
· Client is responsible for any additional location fees, if applicable.
· No refunds are given on products. If prints or products fulfilled through photographer are received defective, then all efforts will be made to replace the product. It is the responsibly of the client to notify Photographer in writing within 3 days of receiving of prints/products if there is a defect or problem. No changes will be made to custom layout products received that have had approved proofs and no refunds will be given if Client changes his/her mind about custom layout proofs that have already been approved. Client may order an additional product if changes are desired to products received that have had approved custom layout proofs. Standard layouts do not require approval, as there is no variation.
Additional Expenses:
- Boudoir Session fee is for 1 person unless otherwise specified
- An additional $50 may be required for expedited services/products, as applicable
- Add $50.00 if session needs to be re-scheduled for any reason on behalf of Client.
- "Proofs" can be included with each session upon request. A proof consists of a low resolution electronic image featuring the "Augusta Boudoir" watermark which should not be cropped from the image if Client chooses to utilize it. Proofs are perfect for online sharing, but not for printing.
- All editing is final. If you would like to request additional editing/retouching, a $25 per image additional processing fee will be assessed.
